Placing Your Order

• Gift orders: If you are buying a gift for someone else, type that person’s name and address in the section called “Shipping Address,” and also specify that you are ordering a gift in the comments section.

• Gift Certificates: You may use your Gift Certificate to purchase products online. Please call us at (360) 695-9169 if you wish to order a gift certificate for someone.

• International: If you are shopping from outside the United States, it would be best in your interest to contact us directly by phone at (360) 695-9169, or email at orders@nazarukfamily.com

 

Shipping Your Order

• Notification:  To ensure you receive notifications about your order, please set your spam filter to allow emails from orders@nazarukfamily.com and double check that you entered your correct email address.

• Shipping: Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

 

For Standard Shipping please allow 1-4 days for delivery. You may expedite your shipping at an additional cost by choosing USPS Standard – Expedited (1-3 days) during the checkout process. You are also able to choose a rush delivery by selecting the Express (1-2 days) option. Carriers will not ship rush orders to P.O. boxes, so please include a street address.

 

Replacing/Refunding Your Order

We will replace or refund defective products, damaged products, or incorrect products in your shipment in accordance with the following regulations:

 

For all replacements and refunds, you must return the damaged, defective, or incorrect product—call or write us for specific instructions.  Please make sure you package your return securely; also include in the return your contact information and the reason for the return.

 

We will refund your money by the same method as the original payment.  There are no refunds for internet specials, but we will replace defective products.
