About us

Nazaruk Family uses media to distribute biblical truth in various forms to different parts of the world. Christian, Evangelical songs that were recorded by the Nazaruk Family are the main medium for communication. The songs are recorded in Russian and Ukrainian languages. Another division of the Nazaruk Family distributes biblical sermons of Veniamin Nazaruk.

Audio & Video

Nazaruk Family is the official repository of all Nazaruk Family songs and sermons. In order to maximize the ability and the flexibility of (some) material duplication, we would like to list the following guidelines that outline certain regulations:

 

You may not duplicate or distribute any of the Nazaruk Family music in any audio format (CD or MP3). You may not alter the original music or the lyrics that were created for the music. If wanting to share our music on a website or on another medium, you must first obtain the permission from us and follow the following restrictions:

 

1. If sharing the original music, you must use the full length of the recording.

2. You may not edit the content of the music or its metadata in any way.

• Gift orders: If you are buying a gift for someone else, type that person’s name and address in the section called “Shipping Address,” and also specify that you are ordering a gift in the comments section.

• Gift Certificates: You may use your Gift Certificate to purchase products online. Please call us at (360) 695-9169 if you wish to order a gift certificate for someone.

• International: If you are shopping from outside the United States, it would be best in your interest to contact us directly by phone at (360) 695-9169, or email at orders@nazarukfamily.com

 

Shipping Your Order

• Notification:  To ensure you receive notifications about your order, please set your spam filter to allow emails from orders@nazarukfamily.com and double check that you entered your correct email address.

• Shipping: Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

 

For Standard Shipping please allow 1-4 days for delivery. You may expedite your shipping at an additional cost by choosing USPS Standard – Expedited (1-3 days) during the checkout process. You are also able to choose a rush delivery by selecting the Express (1-2 days) option. Carriers will not ship rush orders to P.O. boxes, so please include a street address.

 

Replacing/Refunding Your Order

We will replace or refund defective products, damaged products, or incorrect products in your shipment in accordance with the following regulations:

 

For all replacements and refunds, you must return the damaged, defective, or incorrect product—call or write us for specific instructions.  Please make sure you package your return securely; also include in the return your contact information and the reason for the return.

 

We will refund your money by the same method as the original payment.  There are no refunds for internet specials, but we will replace defective products.

 

Payment Options

We will process your order in US dollars (most of the time), and we reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We use PayPal to assist us in order processing and transactions. PayPal system accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal Cards. PayPal also offers a Bill Me Later financing option that will allow you to pay off for your purchase in six months.
